 note = {To analyze the linguistic symptoms of dysphagia in patients with epidermolysis bullosa, three cases were assessed. These three patients experienced difficulty while eating and swallowing because of the oral mucosa, pain, tooth decay, and esophageal stricture. Hence they developed chronic malnutrition. Patients with epidermolysis bulloasa experience numerous dueing their lifetime. Rehabilitation interventions and collaborative treatment need to be established for patients with epidermolysis bullosa., 稀少難治性皮膚疾患である表皮水疱症における摂食・嚥下障害について、 自験例3例を呈示して考察した。 表皮水疱症の摂食・嚥下障害は口腔期・咽頭期・食道期のいずれにも生じ、 成長障害や栄養障害を引き起こす。 3症例とも口腔内粘膜の癒着や痛み、 う歯、 食道狭窄などのため、 十分な栄養が取れず、 慢性的な低栄養状態を示していた。 表皮水疱症は生涯を通じ、 様々な問題を包含する疾患である。 リハビリテーション介入の可能性・必要性も含め、 他職種の連携体制の確立が今後の課題である。, Review Article},
