However, spatial information can also be encoded in allocentric frames.\nMethods: In this study, we tested whether the reference frame engaged in the memory-guided saccade task can be flexibly modulated by the presence\nof visual landmarks. Participants performed the memory-guided saccade task under two conditions: with landmarks and without landmarks.\nResults: Success rates were higher and latencies were shorter in the ‘with landmarks’ condition, indicating that landmark availability altered the performance\nstrategy by shifting the reliance between allocentric and egocentric reference frames.\nDiscussion: Depending on landmark availability, target positions in the memory-guided saccade task may be encoded in different spatial reference frames. Our results suggest that the memory-guided saccade paradigm provides a simple and powerful tool that can be used to investigate how distinct reference frames contribute to memory-guided behavior.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容種別","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Original Article","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10001_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.69202/0002000282","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Osaka Kawasaki Rehabilitation University","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2436-1097","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"KOGURE, Natsumi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"familyNames":[{"familyName":"KOGURE","familyNameLang":"en"}],"givenNames":[{"givenName":"Natsumi","givenNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"157","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"HORAGUCHI, Takahiro","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"MINAMI, Seigo","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"340","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-12-09"}],"filename":"p09-15_Natsumi KOGURE.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"922 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://kawasakigakuen.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2000282/files/p09-15_Natsumi KOGURE.pdf"},"version_id":"be2f14e3-6a51-48e6-a814-2cc32284ef3c"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"memory-guided saccade task","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"saccade","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"reference frame","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"allocentric","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"egocentric","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Effects of landmark availability on saccades driven by target position memory encoded in different spatial reference frames during the memory-guided saccade task","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Effects of landmark availability on saccades driven by target position memory encoded in different spatial reference frames during the memory-guided saccade task","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"4","path":["1761181786066"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2025-12-09"},"publish_date":"2025-12-09","publish_status":"0","recid":"2000282","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Effects of landmark availability on saccades driven by target position memory encoded in different spatial reference frames during the memory-guided saccade task"],"weko_creator_id":"4","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-12-22T01:50:11.857971+00:00"}
