| 内容記述 | 本稿では、医療現場や研究分野での正確で再現性の高い写真記録を行うための、初級者向け撮影技術を紹介する。近年、スマートフォンの高性能化により撮影が容易になった一方で、医学的記録としては不正確・不適切な写真が増えている。そのため、研究や臨床記録に適したデジタルカメラの選択と設定、基本的な撮影技法の理解が重要である。まず、機材選定ではAPS-C サイズセンサー搭載のミラーレスまたは一眼レフカメラが扱いやすく、標準ズームやマクロレンズの使用を推奨する。フィルター、三脚、照明などの補助機材も適切に選ぶ必要がある。照明はフリッカーや色温度に注意し、可能な限り単一光源下で撮影することが望ましい。 カメラ設定においては、低ISO・適正シャッター速度・適度な絞り（F8 前後）・正確なホワイトバランスを意識することで、鮮明で誤解のない記録画像が得られる。撮影技法としては、手ブレを防ぐ構え方、ピント合わせの確認、被写体の方向や構図の工夫（イマジナリーラインの意識、望遠側での撮影、正しい左右の統一など）が重要である。また、部位別（上肢・下肢・胸郭・口腔など）の撮影姿勢や照明方法にも具体的な指針を示した。 最後に、日本医学写真学会が多職種連携のもと、医療撮影技術の研究と教育を進めていることを紹介し、医療従事者が正確で美しい記録写真を撮影できるようになるための学習を推奨した。 |

| 内容記述 | In this paper, we introduce basic photographic techniques for beginners, with the aim of achieving accurate and reproducible image documentation in medical and research settings. Photography has become easier and more accessible with the advancement of smartphone cameras. However, in the context of medical documentation, there is also an increase in inaccurate or inappropriate images. Understanding how to select and properly configure digital cameras suitable for clinical and research documentation, as well as mastering fundamental photographic techniques, is therefore of great importance. Regarding selection of equipment, mirrorless or single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras with APS-C sensors are recommended for their usability, along with standard zoom or macro lenses. Peripheral accessories such as filters, tripods, and lighting equipment should also be carefully considered. When using artificial lighting, attention should be paid to flicker and color temperature, and photography under a single light source is preferable whenever possible. As for camera settings, using a low ISO, an appropriate shutter speed, a moderate aperture (around F8), and accurate white balance enables the production of clear and reliable images. In terms of shooting techniques, proper camera handling to prevent camera shake, careful focusing, and attention to composition, such as maintaining consistent orientation (imaginary line awareness), using the telephoto end of the lens, and ensuring left–right consistency, are all thought to be important. Guidance is also provided for photographing different body regions, including upper and lower limbs, the thorax, and the oral cavity. Finally, we report on the efforts of the Japan Society of Medical Photography in promoting interdisciplinary research and education in medical imaging techniques, encouraging healthcare professionals to develop the skills necessary to capture accurate and high-quality photographic records. | |||||||||||
