駆動性および動的座位バランス能力に影響を与えるか検証する。 【対象と方法】対象は施設入所者45名(女性34名)とした. 測定項目は体圧分散性、 駆動性、 動的座位バランス能力、 介護度、 年齢、 長谷川式簡易知能評価スケールとした。 【結果】平均圧力値は従来型82.8±23.3mmHg、 バネ式69.5±19.7mmHgとバネ式の体圧分散性は有意に高かった。 車いす5m駆動動作では従来型25.7±30.0秒、 バネ式22.7±29.2秒と有意にバネ式は駆動速度が速かった。 また、 動的座位バランス能力としてリーチ計測した結果、 従来型22.1±8.8cm、 バネ式23.8±8.6cmとバネ式使用時はリーチ距離の有意な増加を認めた。 【結論】バネ式座面は体圧分散性、 駆動性,
