University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"わが国では認知症は特別の症例を除いて高齢者に発症する。この発症の誘因となる疾患も種々ある。また、認知症には遺伝性と後天性がある。微量金属(アルミニウム、マンガン)の蓄積は、これまでの研究で認知症の要因の可能性が指摘されてきた。これまで我々は、研究Ⅰ「低カルシウム・マグネシウム食飼育ラットにおけるアルミニウムの中枢神経系組織への沈着」、研究Ⅱ「低カルシウム・マグネシウム食飼育ラットにおけるマンガンの中枢神経系組織への沈着」、の2つの研究を行い、有害微量金属である、Al(アルミニウム)、Mn(マンガン)が、生体内組織や中枢神経系組織(CNS)に沈着するかどうかを検討した。その結果、Alに関しては低Ca(カルシウム)・Mg(マグネシウム)食で飼育したラットでは、CNS内と骨組織で著明に蓄積が認められた。研究Ⅱでは、過剰にCNSに沈着すると認知症やパーキンソン病の誘因になるといわれている、Mnについて検討し、低Ca・Mg食でラットを飼育した際には、MnがCNS内で低下することを認めた。最後に、Alの増加食でラットを飼育した場合の影響を研究Ⅲ「低カルシウム・マグネシウム飼育ラットにおける亜鉛の動態と亜鉛の認知症への関与についての一考察」で検討した。その結果、亜鉛(Zn)がCNS内や骨組織で著明に低下することが明らかになった。さらにZnのAl、Mn除去作用とその意義について考察した。例えば、ヒト高齢者ではCa、Mgは負のバランスが保たれており、その結果、老人性骨粗鬆症が起こり易くなる。今回の実験では、飼育されたラットのCaとMgが負のバランス状態にあり、ヒト高齢者のミネラル環境に類似している。この環境下でラットにCNS障害性のAl、Mnの蓄積が認められた。今回の研究は、ヒト高齢者の認知症においてもAl、Mnが関与している可能性を示唆し、今後、ヒト高齢者のミネラル環境に注意を向ける必要性があることを指摘した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容種別","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Review
