University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"大学生を対象として食事の心身に及ぼす影響について検討するため、食事摂取状況を調査し身体的質問と精神的質問を含んだCMI健康調査表を実施した。その結果、1)炭水化物が総摂取カロリーの55%未満の群では55%以上の群と比較して、身体的自覚症の「心臓血管系」「習慣」の得点、精神的自覚症の合計得点、精神的自覚症の項目では「不適応」「抑うつ」「過敏」「怒り」「緊張」の得点において、平均値の差において有意に高かった。2)脂質が総摂取カロリーの30%以上の群では30%未満の群と比較して、精神的自覚症の合計得点、精神的自覚症の項目では「不適応」「抑うつ」「怒り」の得点において有意に高かった。3)砂糖摂取量について検討したところ、1日あたりの砂糖摂取量30グラム以上の群では、30グラム以下の群と比較して、身体的自覚症の合計得点、CIJの合計得点、身体的自覚症の項目では「心臓血管系」「神経系」の得点、精神的自覚症の項目では「不安」の得点において、平均値の差において有意に高かった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容種別","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Original
